Account Deletion Request

This page lets you start your PickDriver account deletion request outside the app, in line with Google Play requirements.
1. Recommended option (from the app)
- Open PickDriver.
- Go to
Profile->Delete account. - Confirm the operation.
2. Outside-the-app option (web/email)
If you cannot access the app, send a request from your account email to: [email protected]
Start request by email3. What gets deleted
- User account and app access.
- Associated profile data (username/email).
- Game and notification links associated with the account.
4. What might be retained temporarily
We may temporarily retain minimal information when necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legal compliance.
5. Processing time
We aim to process deletion requests as quickly as possible after validating account ownership.
Important: use the same email address that you use in PickDriver to speed up validation.
